Purpose of Job: Ensuring customer systems are understood and managed and managing merchandisers. Ensuring company and Principal instore minimum trade focus expectations are met and exceeded
Responsibilities:

Drive customer systems to achieve acceptable on shelf stocks
Control and management of 'Promotional Execution'
Management & execution of company & Principal objectives.
Ensure 365 on Point merchandisers execute effectively
Training 365 on Point Merchandisers
Identify ranging and distribution opportunities when applicable
Focus on attention to detail, communication and team work
Build and encourage an atmosphere of innovative and creative thinking
Achieve and maintain ongoing merchandising objectives across store universe
Develop an understanding and be able to train merchandisers on customer systems and trade focus objectives
Manage product flows and category management objectives
Set objectives for merchandisers and manage implementation
Ensure relevant POS (Point of sale) is used and implemented in store
Management of Customers:
Trade visits - Principals & PSN management will visit & measure
Management of information requests
Develop strong business relationships and tactical plans to achieve trade focus objectives
Manage Internal Interface:
Trade visits - Principals & PSN management will visit & measure
Management of information requests
