Research institute : Warehouse Controller MFG PRO/QAD From 2008-01 To 2017-12
Duties
Ensure receipts of all Inventory and Consumable materials as part of materials management relating to all incoming goods, quarantine and suppliers.
Ensure accuracy of Inventory in the Warehouse.
Ensure that all Warehouse functions are conducted in accordance with all Company Policies and Procedures.
Ensure neatness of Warehouse.
MRP
Major Accountabilities:
Receipt and capture materials into MFG/QAD on a daily basis and liaise with QA when necessary.
Receipt of all accounts payable documentation.
Receipt of all department consumables and assist departments with distribution to correct locations when required.
Conduct Inventory counting for the factory to ensure that all parts get counted. Enter the data returned and investigate discrepancies as necessary. Report on the month's activity giving details of the counts, and value of errors.
Ensure all materials are in their correct warehouse locations and correspond to the locations, physical quantity, batch number and expiry dates as per MFG/QAD
Control Consumable Packaging Stores.
Assist team members with final check of all finished kits picked and packed for export shipments.
General administrative duties within Commercial to ensure smooth running of the department at all times.
Maintain, action and file all warehouse documentation.
Work as a team and use own initiative when not under supervision.
Assist team members with quarantine, discards and packing of kits.
Ensure Commercial Services provides quality service required by all Customers.
Ensure accuracy in checking incoming goods in terms of technical specifications, as well as quantities, and document.
Ensure that all documentation meet the H/2 requirements.
Maintain good general housekeeping.
Ensure that the team achieves the expected goals of the Warehouse.
Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with Company policies and procedures including the maintenance of quality records, participate in any relevant non-conformance. Update SOP’s and training modules relating to the job tasks undertaken.
Ensure materials are stored and stacked in a manner that complies with all Company / EHS regulations.
Responsible for familiarizing and complying with all Health , Safety and Environmental rules, policies, procedures and any other instructions relevant to working within the company including responsibility for visitors.

Duties

Administration: (Making sure that procedures are being followed)

Stock Report:(Reporting to the manager of what we have and don’t have)
Receiving and Dispatching: (Responsible for everything that leaves or enters the warehouse.
Database Administration: (VADIS)-(Teach my colleagues how to follow procedures and maintain our database).
Checking In: ( Checking in all the items according to their deferent projects)
